Powercat Financial offers virtual class presentations

Submitted by Jodi Kaus

Powercat Financial offers you and your students the opportunity to learn more about financial topics and its financial services. Peer financial counselors are available to present to your class or student group anytime during the spring 2021 semester.

The Powercat Financial office is still working mostly remotely this spring but offers Zoom presentations on either a particular financial topic or a general session about its services — or both. Powercat Financial also has prerecorded videos of its financial presentations available to share at your request.

Powercat Financial can customize virtual classroom presentations based on your available time and needs. Presentations can be a 10-minute overview about financial education services, or a 35-45 minute interactive presentation on a particular financial topic such as paying for college, managing or repaying student loans, understanding credit, budgeting/saving or transitioning into work.

To request a classroom presentation, please complete the online form and provide as much information as possible.

Contact powercatfinancial@k-state.edu if you have any questions about the financial presentations or services.
