Reminder: Navigating Change offered virtually Dec. 3

From the Managing Change Toolkit, Navigating Change: A Tool for Conversations Around Change, WTD219, will be offered from 9-10:15 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, via Zoom.
Participants will explore opportunities to acknowledge loss, recognize opportunity and embrace openness to growth. This workshop will offer strategies for navigating change with a focus on shared purpose and an eye toward the future. Participants will engage with the OBREAU Tripod, a tool from the work of Don Dunoon, an Australian scholar who focuses on organizational development, mindful approaches to change, and appreciative inquiry.
