Participants needed for emotion study
The Brain and Body Sensing Lab in the Mike Wiegers Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is looking for participants for two research studies. Currently, participants are limited to K-State employees and students. For employees, participation should be scheduled outside normal working hours. K-State COVID-19 health guidelines must be followed during the sessions.
The purpose of both studies is to improve the speed and accuracy of brain-computer interfaces that measure the user's emotion. Participants will wear a sensor cap and view pictures or listen to sounds. For both studies, each visit will be approximately one to two hours. The first study requires four visits, and the second study requires two visits.
Participants will receive cash compensation for their time and may be eligible to participate in follow-up studies. Contact the Brain and Body sensing Lab at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
This study has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board and received approval No. 8328.
