Diversity and inclusion officer presents 2020 Climate Survey data

Submitted by Bryan Samuel

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion will implement the next phase of the data analysis obtained from the University Climate Survey completed in March 2020. This survey gathered extremely rich data and abundant feedback across all university campuses.

Presentations were shared with the President’s Advisory Board and Cabinet during phase 1 on March 11 and phase 2 on June 3. Phase 3 will help identify faculty and staff participants for focus groups consisting of women, individuals with disabilities, policy consistency, women of color and international faculty. In addition, student focus groups will also be identified consisting of LGBTQ, students of color, individuals with disabilities and international students.

For information regarding the survey and results, please refer to the Executive Summary and a PowerPoint presentation or contact K-State Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Bryan Samuel.
