K-State Salina's office of college of advancement changes name
Kansas State University Salina’s office of college advancement has been renamed the office of student services to better reflect its role in the campus community.
“The name change will better explain our role to students, parents and the community,” said Dixie Schierlman, associate dean of student life. “We provide many services including answering questions for potential students and helping them with the admissions process and enrollment, social activities, athletic activities, academic activities and providing a support system to assist students in reaching their goals and achieving success both in and out of the classroom.”
The name change is effective immediately.
