New self-identification tool, updates to website links

Submitted by Jaime Parker

The office of affirmative action teamed up with the office of mediated education to make the invitation to self-identification process more efficient and user-friendly. This will allow personnel specialists to send out multiple self-identification letters to job applicants at one time.

The new tool can be found at http://www.k-state.edu/affact/forms/letter or on the affirmative action website under recruitment and forms. An eID is required for access to the tool.

We encourage everyone to use the new tool, however the self-identification letter is still on our website but the links have been updated, please visit http://www.k-state.edu/affact/recruitment/forms.html for the most up to date letter. The link in the older version of the letter will no longer be active as of Jan. 4, 2013.

With the redesign of our website some of the links on the recruitment forms have changed. The forms currently on our website have been updated to reflect the new links. Please see the office of affirmative action’s website at http://www.k-state.edu/affact/recruitment/forms.html for the most up to date recruitment forms.
