Electronic W-2 consent

It is almost time for the 2019 W-2 forms to be issued. If you have not already consented to receive your W-2 information electronically through the State of Kansas employee self service, it's easy, secure and convenient — just follow the instructions on the Human Capital Services webpage.
Paper W-2 forms, for individuals who do not consent to receive their W-2 electronically, will be mailed in late January in accordance with IRS regulations.
For employees who have consented this year or in the previous years, no action is required. Employees who consent to receive their W-2 form electronically will not receive a paper W-2 form.
