Did you know there's a free, confidential resource available to you 24 hours a day?
As a K-State employee, you are also an employee of the state of Kansas. The state of Kansas offers an Employee Assistance Program that is provided for all benefits-eligible employees and their dependents, at no cost. The program provides information, short-term counseling, advice and referrals from licensed professionals who understand the typical stresses we all face day in and day out.
To find out more about this great service, go to the Employee Assistance Program area of HealthQuest, and click on the Employee Assistance Program website. If you're a first-time user, you'll need to register. The Company ID is SOKEAP. Complete the remainder of the registration process and you'll be on your way to finding help for many items that can cause stress in our everyday lives.
