Complete exercise survey for chance to win a $75 Amazon card

K-State researchers are looking for adults ages 18-64 with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes or who are diabetes-free and are able to do exercise and complete survey questions in English.
The survey may take up to 30 minutes to complete. Complete the online survey about exercise behaviors to help with research to identify beneficial exercise programs.
All survey responses are anonymous, and your participation is voluntary. Upon completion of the survey, you will be directed to a separate page to enter in your email for the drawing of one of eight Amazon gift cards of up to a $75 value.
