Register student jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities now for 2016 Part-Time Opportunities Fair
K-State's Career Center invites campus employers to attend the 2016 Part-Time Opportunities Fair on Thursday, Aug. 25, in the K-State Student Union Ballroom. The center would like to host your department/organization as you recruit K-State students for part-time jobs, internships and volunteer positions. More than 500 students attended last year.
Registration is now available through a Career Center account. If your organization or department does not have an account, you will need to create one in order to register. Upon signing in, you will need to select "Career Fairs and Events." From there you can search the open career fairs and select "Part-Time Opportunities Fair 2016 for K-State On-Campus Employers." Once we receive and review your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing additional information.
Registration will close Friday, Aug. 12.
Two types of registrations possible for the fair:
- Sponsorship registration for $150. Registering as a sponsor includes premium booth location, a maximum of five representatives, your organization's logo featured in career fair materials — advertisements, press releases and career fair publications — and one interview room to use from 1-5 p.m. Aug. 25 in the new Career Center located in the Berney Family Welcome Center. Sponsorship also includes all the benefits of a regular registration.
- Regular registration for free. Regular registration includes table, table cloth, parking permit for one car, a maximum of five representatives, name tags and access to employer hospitality area and a lunch buffet.
