Search Committee Training now available

Search Committee Training is available to assist committees and interview panels understand an array of assessment and interview tools that help discern top talent to meet our K-State 2025 mission of recruiting a diverse and highly talented faculty and staff service.
The link for the training may be accessed within the Hiring Toolkit under HCS Tools on Human Capital Service's website. The Talent Acquisition Hiring Guide also contains the link for the redesigned search committee training.
Everyone who completes the training is an integral part of K-State's desire of being recognized as one of the Top 50 nationally ranked research institutions.
