Web changes showcase K-State research, scholarly and creative activities and discovery

Submitted by Karen Burg

Innovation requires great tools and resources, and Kansas State University's progress in research, scholarly and creative activities and discovery, or RSCAD, needs a better platform for communication of achievements and opportunities on the path to becoming a Top 50 public research institution by 2025. Accordingly, beginning next week, K-State RSCAD will be highlighted at http://www.k-state.edu/research/.

Changes to the site will help both internal and external audiences. Those outside K-State will find more information about our successes and available facilities and partnerships, and those inside K-State will continue to find crucial resources, such as those from the office of research and sponsored programs at its new address http://www.k-state.edu/orsp.

Staff members in the Office of the Vice President for Research and in the Division of Communications and Marketing are working diligently to make this transition as seamless as possible. If your departmental website links to the office of research site, please verify that the links continue to lead to the appropriate content.

Take a look at the new site and see what you think. Feedback about the changes may be sent to Joe Horan at jphoran@k-state.edu.
