Save money on prescription medications
The State Employee Health Plan has partnered with Rx Savings Solutions to offer a new option to assist employees in saving money on prescription medications.
Employees will need to register their email address and/or mobile phone number on the Rx Savings Solutions website to be eligible for the iPad giveaway on Aug. 15.
Rx Savings Solutions is a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliant service provider, and personal or prescription related information will not be shared with anyone including the employer. Once enrolled with Rx Savings, employees will be able to access information about their prescriptions and other protected health information so proper authentication is required. During this initial setup of the account, Rx Savings uses the employee's Social Security number as part of that authentication process. The Social Security number is encrypted and secure along with all other personal information. Once authenticated, employees will be able to set up their own account log in and passwords for future account access.
