College of Engineering introduces new assistant dean
The College of Engineering announces the appointment of Bette Grauer to the newly created position of assistant dean for retention, diversity and inclusion.
Grauer joined the faculty June 6 and will focus on strengthening the college's retention programs, as well as expanding undergraduate enrollment and efforts in diversity and inclusion. Her experience and background include being a licensed professional civil engineer, high school physics and sciences educator, and work in curriculum development with high school science teachers.
