Horticulture Club hosts bedding plant sale
The Horticulture Club's annual Bedding Plant Sale is underway and a wide variety of plants are available to liven up your landscapes.
Sale times, dates and locations include:
11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, April 25, K-State University Gardens
8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 26, Manhattan Farmers Market
1-6 p.m. Sunday, April 27, K-State University Gardens
8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 3, Manhattan Farmers Market
Still available are just-budding red and yellow marigolds; large and vibrant red, pink and purple geraniums; three varieties of beautiful lantana; large and fragrant lavender and rosemary; extremely healthy purple osteos and superbena; and a plethora of high quality vegetables, herbs and other landscape plants that would just be way too many to mention. With so much to choose from there is surely something beautiful for your garden.
