2018 W-2 forms available in State of Kansas Employee Self Service

The 2018 W-2 form is now available for viewing and printing through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service.
Employees who have previously consented to receive their W-2 electronically may access their W-2 by going to the State of Kansas Employee Self Service Center. Select "Click here to Sign In" link and log in. View complete instructions on logging in, viewing and printing the W-2 form.
Employees who have not yet consented to receive their W-2 information electronically through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service may still do so by following the instructions provided above. Employees only need to consent once and the consent remains in effect until it is withdrawn, or upon retirement, termination or death. The W-2 form — and up to five years of prior W-2 forms — will be available immediately in the State of Kansas Employee Self Service once they complete the consent.
Please note, changes to home address and W-4/K-4 must be made in HRIS Self-Service and not the State of Kansas website.
Employees who do not consent to have the electronic version of the 2018 W-2 will have the paper W-2 form mailed to them by the State of Kansas by the end of the month. Please contact the HCS Transaction Call Center at 785-532-1888 with questions.
