Women of Distinction Recognition Ceremony Sept. 17
The Kansas State Office for the Advancement of Women in Science and Engineering, or KAWSE, and the Women of K-State are co-hosting the fourth annual Women of Distinction Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 17, in the K-State Student Union Ballroom. The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow.
This ceremony recognizes K-State women faculty members' academic achievements, such as earning tenure and promotion, being promoted to full professor, or winning a universitywide award. All university staff, administrators, faculty and students are invited to attend.
