About K-State Strengths

In order to increase the engagement and overall well-being of students at Kansas State University, we have become a Strengths-based campus! We encourage all students to know their CliftonStrengths and engage their Strengths holistically in their life. Check out our informational PDF Flyer and share it with others!

What is the CliftonStrengths Assessment?

The CliftonStrengths Assessment, based on the concept of intentionally developing your strengths rather than your weaknesses, identifies students’ top five strengths from a list of 34 talents. The assessment is utilized campus-wide in classrooms and communities, as a way for students to better understand what they and others have to offer.

Here are the 34 theme descriptions for CliftonStrengths.

All incoming freshmen, transfer, graduate and international students who have attended orientation and enrollment at K-State have access to take the CliftonStrengths Assessment.  Take the assessment to find your top 5!

Want to know more?

Explore your top 5 strengths by identifying Strengths opportunities across campus, while providing ideas on how you can leverage your Strengths to overcome challenges and reach your personal, academic, and vocational goals.
