  • Depending on the request it can take a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to generate during normal working times.
  • During Peak Times, i.e. beginning of a semeser or end of a semester, it can take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days or more to generate.

Current and Former Students

Enrollment Verification

Current and former students have three methods to request Verification of Enrollment for purposes such as insurance, military ID, loans, scholarships, etc.

  • For a self-certification, visit your KSIS home page, and then access your student center. Click on the “other academic” drop-down box and choose “enrollment verification”.  Some entities may not accept the self-certified version of the verification, please check with your requester prior to submitting your verification.
  • Visit Enrollment Management Central: 119 Anderson Hall with your photo ID to have one printed.
Degree Verification

A verification of a degree is typically handled by ordering an official transcript. If a students degree has been posted/conferred then refer to the Transcript Ordering processes for assistance.

If you have completed all degree requriements or will be completing at the end of the current semester, and you need assistance proving a pending degree completion, please refer to our Degree Verification page for assistance.
