Transcripts/Degree & Enrollment Verification: (updated 12/15/24)
Transcripts are ordered online with the available two options of electronic or paper delivery by mail, FedEx, and Priority. There should be minimal impacts to ordering, however, the processing time of the orders has been extended up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) due to limited operations on campus.
A self-service verification is available in a PDF format in KSIS.

If the verification requires an anticipated graduation date or GPA information, please submit a Request for Verification of Enrollment to the Registrar’s Office.
No. Official K-State only transcripts for former K-State students are not required for the CollegeNet application. Applicants are asked to upload an unofficial transcript for each prior post-secondary institution they have attended. If admitted, they are asked to submit official transcripts from other institutions but NOT from K-State.

When a student drops or withdraws from all courses on or after the first day of classes, this is classified as a full drop/withdrawal, which results in a "Withdrawal" (W) notation on the unofficial and official transcript.
The date that is reflected on the transcript is the date the withdrawal was initiated not the date that a drop/withdrawal may have been "backdated" to transactionally. In otherwords, you may have been approved by an appeal or policy decision tohave a drop or withdrawal to be processed on the 100% or 50% refund deadline but that request was submitted at the end of the semester. That is the date that will be reflected as the withdrawal date (but no later than the last date of the semester).
Or if you submit an appeal or a Late Drop/Withdrawal for a prior term and it is approved for an approved back dated withdrawal the last day of the semester is the date that is reflected on the withdrawal statement if it is a full term withdrawal.
