- During Peak Times, i.e. beginning of a semeser or end of a semester, it can take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days or more to generate.
Current and Former Students
Enrollment Verification
Current and former students have three methods to request Verification of Enrollment for purposes such as insurance, military ID, loans, scholarships, etc.
- For a self-certification, visit your KSIS home page, and then access your student center. Click on the “other academic” drop-down box and choose “enrollment verification”. Some entities may not accept the self-certified version of the verification, please check with your requester prior to submitting your verification.
- Forms submitted via registrar@ksu.edu email or in-person at Enrollment Management Central {119 Anderson Hall} are not processed as a same day service. It can take approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) during normal working times and 7-14 business days or more during peak working times.
Jury Duty Verification
If you need to confirm current enrollment at K-State for a Jury Duty summons, you need to run your own Enrollment Verification and provide that to the court. This is the same verification you would receive if you walked into our office, there is no difference.
To print your Self-Service Verification of Enrollment go to your KSIS Student Center - open the "other academic" list box and click on "Enrollment Verification".
