Susan Edgerley
After graduating from K-State with a double major in English and journalism, Ms. Edgerley worked as a reporter and editor at Kansas newspapers before moving to the Philadelphia Daily News as an assistant city editor in 1985. Four years later, she was hired at The New York Times and over the next three decades worked in jobs including metropolitan editor, assistant managing editor for integrating the print and web newsrooms and, for the last five years, dining editor.
