Poster requirements
Posters may range in size from 24"x36" to 36"x48", as different departments have different standards. If you do not have a poster already, we have found that the 24"x36" size is significantly less expensive to have printed. These can be printed on paper, they do not have to be foam mounted.
Paying for your poster
The most affordable options come from University Printing, located on campus, Sir Speedy, and Copies 4 Less. Printed on paper, the 24"x36" option can be purcased for as little as $30.
If you cannot afford to have your poster printed, reach out to an your faculty mentor and ask if your department may have funds to sponsor printing.
Ordering your poster
We recommend utilizing University Printing, as the are very affordable and easy to work with. If you choose this option, you'll need to fill out this form and submit it to uprint@ksu.edu. An example of a filled form is below.
When emailing your form, be sure to indicate your name, how you'll be paying (credit, debit, cash), and include your poster in either 24"x36" or 36"x48" dimensions in PDF or .pptx format. Your poster must be sized correctly to print correctly.
