James R. Coffman Leadership Institute

• This institute offers faculty and unclassified staff a unique opportunity to refresh and enhance their leadership skills and knowledge through in-person facilitation over the course of four days. It serves as a launching point for continuous leadership development, professional networking, and empowerment of Kansas State University professionals. K-State Strengths

• K-State is a CliftonStrengths-based campus, offering students a Strengths assessment prior to their first semester, and Strengths Peer Coaching Sessions any time, all at no cost. Become a Strengths champion and integrate Strengths learning in your classroom or organization. Unlock your Strengths to develop a deeper understanding of your leadership style, choices, beliefs and actions, then work with your students or fellow faculty/staff members to do the same.
