Violation of K-State Policies

The Student Code of Conduct details prohibited conduct that is subject to sanctions by the University.

Conduct that violates this Code may also constitute a breach of a university resident’s housing contract. Decisions made through a housing contract hearings and related proceedings may be made separately from decisions under this Code.

The SGA Judicial Branch is responsible for reviewing matters of non-academic disciplinary complaints, violations of the K-State SGA Constitution, the Conduct Code, Residence Life Policies, Housing and Dining Services Contracts, interferences with students' rights and freedoms, and appeals of K-State Parking Services parking citations.
