UMB business procurement card upgrade scheduled March 24-27

Submitted by Britt McLaughlin

UMB Bank, the banking partner for the university's business procurement card program, will undergo a system upgrade March 24-27.

UMB has indicated that the upgrade will not have any effect on the ability of cardholders to make purchases. If you are logging into the UMB commercial card online platform, you may experience intermittent system interruption.

If you are planning to make card purchases that include international transactions, food purchases or purchases that would exceed your limit during this time period, please email bpc@k-state.edu to open your card no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 22. Changes to your card authorizations will not be possible during the upgrade. If you are not planning any unusual purchases on your procurement card, no action needs to be taken.

Questions or concerns regarding the upgrade or card usage over this time period can be sent to bpc@k-state.edu
