Learn about publishing with Pressbooks Workshop

Submitted by Cailin Riley

Join a free information session from 3-4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, in 359 Hale Library on using Pressbooks Workshop to self-publish open educational resources.

Pressbooks is an online book/document formatting system that you can use to create and print digital materials that are accessible on all devices. Self-publishing with Pressbooks can help you produce professional, platform-agnostic course materials.

Pressbooks is available to K-State faculty and staff at no cost through the K-State Libraries Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship. All Open/Alternative Textbook Initiative grant projects are required to be hosted on either Pressbooks or LibreTexts.

This session will also be available by Zoom. To learn more and register, please visit the event webpage.
