| July 1 | Submit Requests to Technology Classrooms if meeting pattern is changing |
| July 15 | Confirm "04" Centrally Scheduled Classroom attribute is attached to all CSC room requests in KSIS |
| July 31 | Close college access to Schedule of Classes |
| August 1 | College access allows updating instructors only (remains open indefinitely) |
| Sept 26 | Publish Class Schedule |

Regular Session
- Definition
- FIRST class meeting is between Tuesday, Jan 17 and Monday, Jan 23
- LAST class meeting is between Monday, May 1 and Friday, May 5

- For Basic Data
- Select 1 for Regular Academic Session
- Start Date = 1-17-2023
- End Date = 5-12-2023 (include exams)
Note: Accept the default - For the Meeting Pattern
- Start Date = 1-17-2023
- End Date = 5-5-2023 (exclude exams)
Note: Must change the date to exclude exams. - Exception: Meeting pattern "End Date" for distance courses may extend to include exam week (May 12)
Nonstandard Session
- Definition
- A class not meeting the above definition for the Regular Session is defined as a NonStandard class
- For Basic Data
- Select NST for NonStandard Academic Session
- Start Date = Date of actual first class meeting
- End Date = Date of actual last class meeting, including any final exams
- For the Meeting Pattern
- Start Date = Date of actual first class meeting
- End Date = Date of actual last class meeting, including any final exams
