Celebrating graduate students in April
K-State is home to over 4,000 graduate students who make valuable contributions to the advancement of knowledge through research, scholarly, and creative work. Our graduate students also support the university's teaching enterprise as GTAs, instructors and mentors to undergraduate students. Many also engage in leadership and service. The first week of April is nationally recognized as Graduate Student Appreciation Week. At K-State, we recognize graduate students and their important contributions throughout the month of April.

Ask an ambassador
We understand prospective students have a lot of questions about where they may pursue an advanced degree, and they might not always want to ask a recruiter. That's why our ambassador program helps connect prospective students with current students. Get the perspective of someone who's currently in Graduate School and find out more about what life at K-State is really like.
