Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging: A Powerful Recipe for Success and Longevity in Business

KSUnite DEIB Conference Day 2 - November 15, 2022 - Concurrent Conference Sessions Period 1 (9:30am-10:30am)
Cottonwood Room

This session will be presented by Nicole Revenaugh, a lawyer and part owner at Irigonegaray, Turney & Revenaugh, LLP—one of the first majority LGBTQ-owned law firms in Kansas. Ms. Revenaugh has experience representing the rights of the LGBTQ community and working to create a DEIB-focused environment as an employer herself.

Ms. Revenaugh brings an important perspective in how DEIB work translates outside the university/academic environment, to private business and society at large. Ms. Revenaugh will discuss how employers and employees can build a DEIB-focused environment in a successful business.
