Pre-Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists work with individuals experiencing short-term or life-long physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.  Therapists help patients overcome obstacles and move toward good physical and emotional health.  Occupational therapy helps people improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments. It's a science-driven profession that enables people of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health and live actively with illness, injury or disability. Students in the pre-occupational therapy program at K-State build the needed background for entrance into occupational therapy bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree programs.
