Virtual Friendly Interview Rooms

K-State Career Center

Utilize interview space at the Career Center in the Berney Family Welcome Center. Rooms can be reserved Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by current K-State students and alumni who have graduated with a K-State degree within the last 1 - 5 years.

Upon completion of the request form, you will receive an email with reservation instructions.

Online requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For shorter time frames, please contact the Career Center.

  • Rooms are available 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Hale Library

College of Engineering

  • Reserve at www.engg.k-state.edu/reserve
  • Rooms available to Engineering students only
  • Rooms available during Fiedler Learning Commons hours:
    • Monday – Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Wireless internet available
  • Computer available

College of Business Administration

  • Contact: Career Development at 785-532-3982
  • To reserve a private office space in the Career Development Office, email cdbusiness@k-state.edu or visit Room BB1001
  • Another alternative are the study rooms available to all K-State students
  • Rooms are first come first served and are available during Business Building Hours:
    • Mon – Thu: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
    • Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    • Saturday: Closed
    • Sunday: Noon – 10 p.m.
  • Wireless internet access available
  • No technology equipment available

Alumni Center

  • Rooms available to all K-State students
  • Rooms available during business hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., available after 5 p.m. if they are hosting an evening event
  • Landline phone available by request, you cannot dial out but employer can call you
  • Wireless and Ethernet internet access available
  • No technology equipment available
