Drop-Ins - Drop-in appointments are available this fall: Mon-Tues-Wed 8 am - 5 pm and Fri 8 am - noon.

Tailored appointments with a career consultant must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Appointments may be in-person or Zoom depending on the advisor and student's preference. Make your appointment in Navigate. We look forward to meeting you!

Ways to Make an Appointment

Appointments can be scheduled with your career advisor.

1. Online: Log in to Navigate and follow the prompts. For questions about how to use Navigate, please refer to this guide on appointment scheduling.
2. Phone: If you are unable to schedule online, please call 785-532-6506.

New Graduates within one year of graduation

Our advisors are available to new graduates up to a year after graduation. Please fill out this alumni appointment request with your career advisor and one of our staff will coordinate the appointment for you.

Types of Appointments

When making your appointment, please specify which type of appointment you would like to schedule. If you aren't sure or if you want to address multiple topics, you may schedule additional appointments after meeting with your advisor.
