Record number of employers attending the All-University Career Fair

Sept. 14, 2022 - The Career Center invites students to attend the All-University Career Fair held on Sept. 20, 21 and 22. All three days of the event will be held at Bramlage Coliseum from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will be a multi-industry career fair that gives students the opportunity to engage with companies and organizations hiring for full-time and part-time jobs, internships, and co-ops.

The fair will be split up and organized in the following way:

  • Day 1: Tuesday, September 20 – Agriculture, Business, Arts and Sciences, Health and Human Sciences
  • Day 2: Wednesday, September 21 – All majors
  • Day 3: Thursday, September 22 – Engineering, Technology and Aviation

All students and alumni of all majors and all graduation years are encouraged to attend one or more days of the fair. Before the fair, students should browse the event details in Handshake to take a look at which employers will be attending on which day. Students may register in advance or simply show up the day of the fair.

“The All-University Career Fair is the premier engagement opportunity for all students to aid in their career search. Our hope is that students will look at this as an opportunity to learn more about companies, and discuss internships, co-ops, and jobs/careers that will take them beyond their K-State experience,” said Anthony Ybarra, Assistant Director of the Career Center, and Liaison to the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering.

Several employers will also participate in a virtual version of the career fair on Wednesday, October 5 via Handshake. Across all in-person and virtual days of the fair, there will be over 460 registered employers, breaking the previous all-time record set in 2019.
