It’s likely that you are going to have two different lists that could be quite different. In the discussion with your partner you should take the time to understand each other’s perspective. There might be some things on her list that you would find difficult to do. Keep in mind that job descriptions can change once the job is underway. Then the responsibilities have to be renegotiated.
You can do the same activity to discuss the job description for your partner. In all these discussions be supportive and respectful, compromising when necessary.
