Students honored at statewide youth entrepreneurship competition led by NetWork Kansas, K-State partners
The statewide Kansas Entrepreneurship Challenge recently awarded more than $75,000 in total prizes to 31 aspiring entrepreneurs. In total, 72 businesses and 81 students participated in the event in April at the K-State Student Union.
K-State students selected for Fulbright Program cultural exchange awards
Kylie Litavniks and Jeremy Kamman will travel internationally as cultural and academic ambassadors as part of awards through the Fulbright Program.

Physics faculty member Jeremy Schmit is part of a team studying molecular and cellular properties of living systems using data science and computational methods at the new National Synthesis Center for Emergence in the Molecular and Cellular Sciences.

The Sunflower Showdown returns to Manhattan at 6 p.m. today. Advance tickets to all three of this weekend's games are sold out, but a limited number of standing-room-only tickets may be available for walk-up purchase on each game day.
