Sessions will take place in McCain and All Faiths Chapel on the Kansas State University campus. Please check in on Monday, June 16 in Leavengood Courtyard in McCain.
Parking
IMPORTANT: In August 2007 construction began on a 1,400-stall parking garage on the south side of the K-State campus. When completed in late 2008, the garage will more than triple the parking capacity at the K-State Student Union. This construction affects all parking lots on campus. During construction, visitors are required to park in the football stadium east lot on the north end of campus (along Kimball Ave.).
Shuttle buses from the east stadium lot to the northwest side of the Union run approximately every 12 minutes weekdays between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Vehicles must be removed from the lot by 6 p.m. No shuttle service is available on evenings or weekends. During those hours visitor parking is allowed in any non-reserved stall on campus.
Conference participants should allow ample time to get from the east stadium lot to McCain. Please park at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the conference.
Your understanding and patience are appreciated during construction of this enhancement to the campus.

If you require a permit, please indicate this on the registration form and you will be sent one via e-mail closer to the symposium. The fee is $8.00. You may also purchase one the first morning of the symposium.
Housing Options
The K-State Housing Department will accept reservations for symposium participants, and rates range from $25 per person per night for a double room to $32 per person per night for a single room.
