The Strengths Conference will offer an engaging platform for students from universities across the Midwest to converge and exchange ideas, fostering a collaborative atmosphere centered on campus Strengths development initiatives.
Throughout the day, a series of workshops will delve into various facets of personal and professional growth, encouraging participants to explore and develop their strengths.
During the lunch break, individuals will have the opportunity to network and connect, sharing stories about strengths in action and ideas for developing a strengths-based culture on college campuses.
This conference is designed with students, by students, and for students to consider how they can leverage their strengths to create thriving campus communities. The aim of this event is to generate a connected community of Strengths Champions who can share strengths best practices which increase student engagement and well-being.
