About the University Honors Program

Description of the Program

The Kansas State University Honors Program is designed to provide exceptional students with an understanding of contemporary concepts of common and diverse intellectual traditions, as well as discipline-specific knowledge.

The curriculum for students involves 15 credit hours that are divided into 7 hours of general university honors credits and 8 hours that are defined by the student's college (the single exception to this general rule is the College of Arts & Sciences which has 9 credit hours required, which makes their total 16). To view each of the colleges' descriptions, simply click on the links below:
