Mock Trial Team to host informational meeting today
The Mock Trial Team, a registered departmental student organization, will host an informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, in 128 Nichols Hall. Any students interested in participating are welcome to attend.
Mock Trial is a competition designed for students interested in law. The Mock Trial Team travels across the country to compete against other schools in mock trials. In these mock trials, students are judged and scored on their performance as attorneys or witnesses.
Mock Trial is a great activity for any students interested in law or who want to improve their critical thinking and public speaking skills. Participating is a unique opportunity to prepare for your career while also having a lot of fun.
