University health requirements for students

All students are required to complete the following health requirements:

• All students attending the Salina, Manhattan and Olathe campuses must complete the Tuberculosis Questionnaire. Tuberculosis testing may be required.
• All students attending the Manhattan campus must provide proof of two Measles/Mumps/Rubella, or MMR, vaccinations or a lab report confirming immunity.
• All students living in university housing on Manhattan and Salina campuses must provide proof of one Meningococcal ACWY — MCVR, not Meningococcal B — at age 16 or older.

Global Campus students are not required to meet these university health requirements.

If you have not completed these health requirements, please go to the Lafene Health Center website and sign in to the myLAFENE+ Patient Portal with your K-State eID. All  the health requirements can be completed through the portal under "Medical Clearances."
