Student Senate weekly update
Student Senate met Thursday, March 24 for the first session of the 2022-23 term. At the meeting, Student Senate swore in all new positions, including student body president and vice president, as well as student senators. A commendation to former men's basketball coach Bruce Weber was passed unanimously by Student Senate. Finally, Student Senate elected Evan Porter as the new speaker of the Student Senate. Student Senate will reconvene at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in Wildcat Chamber at the K-State Student Union. All are welcome to attend in person or can watch live on YouTube at the K-State SGA YouTube channel.
