Riley County Health Department launches self-reporting form for at-home positive COVID-19 tests

A new form from the Riley County Health Department offers a way to self-report at-home positive COVID-19 tests. Access the new self-reporting form

Kansas State University encourages students, faculty and staff who live in Riley County to self-report any positive test results from at-home COVID-19 tests. The form will help health officials understand the prevalence of COVID-19 in our community. Completion of the form is voluntary and the information will not be reported to the university.

K-State also continues to track and evaluate COVID-19 data through the university's COVID-19 dashboard
