Time to order a parking permit
Student parking permits are now available for purchase online at K-State Parking Services.
Students are encouraged to order early to ensure their permit is available when they arrive in Manhattan. Charges for the permit are automatically sent to the student's KSIS account at the end of July. Payments are not due at the time of ordering. Proceed to Parking Services' website and click on the K-State Online Parking link to purchase a permit for the upcoming year. Student permits are valid from Aug. 23, 2021, through Aug. 22, 2022.
How are permits distributed?
- Jardine residents will pick up their permits from the Jardine office at check-in.
- Residence hall students can pick up their permits when checking in at their residence hall front desk.
- Off-campus students — commuting students — should pick up their permits in the K-State Student Union, Bluemont Room, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23-25. They will need their Wildcat ID or valid photo ID and WID to pick up their permits.
Prices have increased, see the PDF of 2021‐2022 permit prices. The increases are due to rising costs for maintenance and other cost increases over the past six years since the last increase.
