Community School for the Performing Arts instructors open for more lesson availability
The K-State School of Music, Theatre, and Dance and the Manhattan Arts Center partnership endeavor, known as the Community School for the Performing Arts, or CSPA, announces two instructors have relocated to Manhattan offering more availability for string lessons.
Mandy Wang, violin, earned her Doctor of Musical Arts in violin performance at the University of Kansas School of Music and is an adjunct violin professor at Ottawa University in Ottawa. Sunnat Ibragimov, cello, recently finished his master's degree at the University of Kansas and has performed with renowned orchestras and musicians from around the country.
CSPA regularly offers lessons in a wide variety of brass, string and woodwind instruments, in addition to piano and voice lessons. CSPA faculty include many members of the K-State School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, in addition to highly accomplished professional instructors from around the area. Currently, all wind, voice and percussion lessons are offered online only at this time, but in-person lessons are available for piano and strings.
