Diversity Programming Committee requests due March 6

Submitted by Nathan Bothwell

Applications for Diversity Programming Committee funding will close at 5 p.m. March 6. The committee is currently reviewing requests for events that will happen between the first day of the fall semester and Oct. 31. The link to apply for funding can be found online

The Diversity Programming Committee allocates funds to student organizations that are hosting large-scale events that are intended to dissuade prejudice and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, geographic location, or age. Requests for DPC funding must be a minimum of $3,000 and the events must be hosted on K-State's campus. Additionally, projects must be free and open to all K-State students.

Any questions about DPC funding can be directed to Nathan Bothwell, chair, at ndbothwell@k-state.edu
