Save the date for annual FETE workshop and jump-start your spring semester
The Teaching and Learning Center and Faculty Exchange for Teaching Excellence will host the spring teaching workshop, "Breaking Down Roadblocks to Student Success," on Feb. 1-2, 2019. Start the New Year and the spring semester with innovative strategies for successful teaching and learning.
The workshop will take place in the K-State Alumni Center Ballroom from 1:30-4:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, and Saturday morning with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and continued conversations with Todd Zakrajsek and fellow K-State faculty at 9 a.m. The workshop will end before noon.
Come learn with Zakrajsek, noted presenter and author of "Teaching for Learning" and "The New Science of Learning." Attendees will leave Zakrajsek's workshop with immediately applicable resources for breaking down the roadblocks to students' success.
