Columbia University professor to speak on Rousseau and inequality

Submitted by Laurie Johnson

Fred Neuhouser, professor at Columbia University, will speak to K-State students and faculty about Jean-Jacques Rousseau's account of social and economic inequality from 3-4:30 p.m. April 19 in Room 114 the Leadership Studies Building.

He will ask when and why inequality in wealth are dangerous and should be limited? His address will be based in part on his article, "Rousseau's Critique of Economic Inequality."

This event is open to all K-State students and faculty, as well as the public.
