Wildcats for International Development meeting to feature policymaking speaker
Are you interested in international development, aid or service? Wildcats for International Development is a new student organization that supports the growth and success of students pursuing such fields.
The next meeting is from 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, in 123 Leadership Studies Building. A representative from the lobbying organization, Results, will speak about international development and poverty policymaking. Don't miss this chance to broaden your understanding of global development policy.
Members will grow from professional development workshops, discussing controversial issues related to aid and development, creating and presenting case studies, and inviting speakers from the industry to K-State.
