Kappa Delta's Shamrock Shootout, all-you-can-eat buffet
The K-State chapter of Kappa Delta will host its fifth annual Shamrock Shootout Feb. 28 and all-you-can-eat buffet March 1 to raise money to prevent child abuse.
A three-on-three basketball tournament with separate female and male brackets will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Chester E. Peters Recreation complex. A large raffle and all-you-can-eat benefit dinner will be from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, March 1, at Kappa Delta Sorority, 1220 Centennial Drive.
Tickets to attend the raffle and dinner will be sold from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 25-27 at the Kappa Delta booth in the K-State Student Union for $7 or at the door for $8 on March 1. Participation in the basketball tournament is $60 per team. A sign-up sheet for the tournament will also be available at the booth in the Union.

Food and raffle items are donated from local businesses. Funds raised will be donated to the Manhattan Crisis Center Inc. and the Prevent Child Abuse America organization.
